Terms of service

WhyItWon is a creative-intelligence service for paid social. With your permission it connects to your ad account with read-only access, analyzes your ads, your competitors' public ads, and the comments around both, and gives you findings, briefs, and scores.

WhyItWon never edits, launches, or pauses anything in your ad account. It reads. You decide.

You may only connect ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to use the service to violate any platform's terms, to scrape or resell our output as a competing product, or to attempt to access other customers' data.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. If we do, we will tell you why.

WhyItWon is billed as a flat monthly fee, month to month. You can cancel anytime and the service runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can revoke the read-only connection to your ad account at any moment, independent of billing.

How we collect, store, and delete data (including Meta advertising data) is covered in the privacy policy. You can request deletion at any time via the data deletion page.

The service is provided as is. We work hard to make the findings accurate and every insight shows its math, but advertising outcomes depend on many things we do not control, so we do not guarantee specific performance results. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
